Prevail Casting aid customers in premature designing stages for building their product-design in the concept of “Design for Manufacturing” to make it “Right the first time”.

Prevail Castings offer in-house facility for 3D modeling and 2D CAD drawings using latest CAD software. We can also work from customer supplied 3D models in various forms like Parasolid, IGES, STEP, UG Files.

Prevail Castings is striving hard to provide customer machining drawing in order to craft casting drawings by adding enough machining allowance, depending on casting tolerances with exercise of our immense knowledge and comprehension in casting and machining field.

We ensure that our customers diminish their product weights and cost for existing products by transforming from Sand Casting, Forging and Fabrication to Investment Casting, so as to recover overall class and superiority and thereby diminishing machining desired.
